30-day money-back guarantee

If a Wagwise guide doesn’t help you and your dog, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason or send anything back.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@pointerapps.net from the email address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. Tell us which guide it was. We aim to process refunds within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Bundles and add-ons

The guarantee covers every guide, bundle, add-on and one-time offer. You can ask for a refund on one item or the whole order.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
